THE CHILD-GRANDFATHER POLICY
The child-grandfather policy considers the possibility of an ambassador to talk with his/her boss’ immediate supervisor if he/she feels threatened, or if his/her boss is the one who is trespassing the ethics code. If the boss’ immediate supervisor did not attend the problem, the ambassador can expose the problem directly with the Human Resources department and finally with the CEO. The use of each instance requires exhausting the issue in the previous instances.
