La política Hijo-Abuelo consiste en la posibilidad que tiene todo Embajador de entablar conversaciones con el jefe de su jefe, si se siente intimidado, o si su jefe está violando este código. Si el jefe de su jefe no atiende diligentemente puede el Embajador acercarse al área de Talento y finalmente al CEO –Director General. El uso de cada instancia requiere agotar el tema en las instancias anteriores.
